You can return the product you have purchased within (7) days after the delivery date without opening the package of the product, using the product, or letting the product go bad. Before returning the product, send an email to email@example.com that specifies the reason of your return and that includes your invoice number and your order number. As soon as we receive your email or fax, we will contact you and let you know how to return the product. The invoice issued under your name should also be sent alongside the product. Either a replacement product for the returned product will be sent or the price of the product will be returned to your credit card. The transportation cost resulting from the returned product shall be borne by you.
II. Products that Were Damaged During Shipment
The products that were damaged during the shipment should not be accepted and the shipping company should issue an official report in relation to the damage. The product should not be returned due to the small damages on the box or packaging that cause no harm to the product itself. Nevertheless, when you accept the shipment, the shipping company shall be deemed to have performed their duty. When the damage report for the unaccepted product reaches our store, our store shall provide you with a new product of same kind as soon as possible and in the healthiest way possible.
III. Defective Products
Specify the defective products that are not identified during the delivery but are identified during application and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your invoice and order number. If your return reason is found acceptable, the defective product will be replaced with a new one after you send the defective product to our store with its invoice. The transportation cost resulting from the returned product shall be borne by you.
