Now, all the pharmacies have supplement sections, and they are also growing. There are even new brands, new formulas, and categories for kids, for adults and for those above the age of 60.

Also, everyone has a different opinion… While a physician might deem something unnecessary, another might say that they are essential.

What to do?
Eventually, it is you who will decide upon this. There are no general rules. However, there is the following fact:
The nutrition from the fruits, vegetables and animal products that we eat today are much less and have much lower quality compared to the past. Even the organic foods contain fewer vitamins, minerals and other different nutrients compared to 50 years ago. Therefore, even the person that eats the healthiest cannot benefit from their meal to the full extend. We thought that it was logical to compensate this with supplements.

  3.  Magnesium – A mineral necessary for hundreds of functions in our body.
  4. Glutathione – We can say that it is the ancestor of all antioxidants. It is responsible for protecting the body from both internal and external free radicals.
